This early incarnation was named Kylie, had no last name yet, had naturally black eyes that she disguised with lenses, and had a more complex villain costume. Very little about her was developed at this point; she was based around a single idea for a Captain Planet parody to have a villain daughter with environmentally dangerous powers.
